Facilitation Advantage
for Leaders
Copenhagen
Autumn 2026
A practical facilitation experience for leaders who need meetings, conversations, and change efforts to actually move.
Most leadership challenges don’t fail because of strategy or intent.
They fail in the moments where people come up against their subtle patterns, and nothing quite moves. This live workshop experience helps leaders build the confidence, skill, and systemic awareness to create real progress in everyday leadership situations – without relying on authority, positional power, or pushing harder.
Attendees will complete a complementary values assignment from Barrett Values Centre prior to the workshop.
Meaningful development: Join for Day 1 or both days
Day 1 changes how leaders show up through sharpening their skills for greater results when it matters most
Day 2 changes how leaders work with and influence the broader system around them for amplified impact
Together, the two days equip leaders with powerful facilitation capabilities and enable them to facilitate the system effectively – building influence that lasts beyond any single meeting or event.
This experience is designed for leaders who:
The experience at a glance
Day 1:
Leading Yourself as a Facilitator
Day 1 is a complete, stand-alone option for leaders who want immediate, practical impact.
Day 1 focuses on how leaders show up in the moments that matter most. Participants build grounded confidence by seeing your own patterns more clearly – especially the habits, beliefs, and behaviours that quietly limit their impact in meetings and conversations.
Through practical skill-building and live practice, you learn how to work with energy, set clear direction, handle uncertainty, and create forward movement without forcing agreement.
Leaders leave Day 1 able to:
- Facilitate with confidence, presence, and authority-without-title
- Design and lead meetings with intention and energy; greater leverage with less effort
- Apply core facilitation disciplines to everyday leadership situations
Price for Day 1:
DKK 6.995 ex. VAT (early-bird price, then DKK 7.995)
Days 1+2:
Leading Yourself and the System
Day 2 amplifies the value of Day 1, turning facilitation into a strategic leadership capability of influence.
Day 2 builds directly on the foundations of Day 1 and widens the lens from self to system. Leaders learn how to work effectively with group dynamics, handle resistance, and influence outcomes across individuals, teams, and the wider organisation.
The focus shifts from “what do I say or do?” to “what does this system need now?”. The teachings on Day 2 are highly recommended for leaders navigating complexity and change.
Leaders who attend both days gain:
- Stronger influence in complex, high-stakes settings
- Ability to read group and system dynamics more accurately and detect and interrupt unhelpful patterns as they happen
- A repeatable way to lead change through others
Price for Day 1+2:
DKK 9.995 ex. VAT (early-bird price, then DKK 11.995)
